My main focus areas include treatment of perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, anxiety related to body image, and disordered eating/eating disorders. I have a special passion for working with young adults and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to help you create meaningful change in your life that leads to lasting wellness and fulfillment. This looks like developing skills and insight that impact your life in an ongoing and positive way outside the counseling space.
