Hello! I assist individuals who are seeking professional help about personal issues related that maybe resulting in anxiety and/or depression. Unexpressed anger, frustration or sadness can be cyclical, reoccurring in unwanted cycles. Cyclical patterns are reoccurring because the beliefs generate emotions. They need to be identified, as they’re needing to be resolved. Our emotions, our true guidance, because emotions don’t lie, they’re valid. I offer support & education, in order to assist with achieving a balance; beliefs, emotions, and wanted life experiences. Relationships will often be catalyst for these needed changes.

I received my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where I studied and practiced Trauma-Informed care, Person-Centered treatment approaches and Solution-Focused therapies. I also have experience using Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Stabilization and Intervention, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotion-Regulation practices.

Andreas Rydland is a Psychologist in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2020. He obtained his doctorate degree in psychology from Capella University and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Ottawa University. His previous experience includes working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care settings. Andreas works with adults and enjoys working with behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Through therapy I strive to empower clients to feel safe to open up and work through whatever issues they may be struggling with. I work to understand where clients are coming from and provide the extra support they need. I have a passion for working with a diverse range of clients from elementary school aged children all the way to adults with various presenting concerns. I believe in considering issues from a holistic perspective to inspire positive change.

Mary specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, stress depression, grief and relationship problems. She works collaboratively with patients to come up with creative and effective ways to address their symptoms and identify their strengths, so they may live a more fulfilled life.
