I hope to promote perseverance through difficult and challenging circumstance(s). I provide services to adults through individual, family, and group therapy.
My practice areas include: co-occurring illness (mental health and substance abuse), self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, communication/interpersonal skills development, and LGBT issues. In addition to my therapeutic work, I have several years of experience in providing support to individuals facing workplace/employment problems.
