Has anxiety, panic, or OCD taken a starring role in your life? You have aspirations but they fall victim to doubts: “what ifs,” catastrophes, fear of judgement, panic. Or maybe compulsions are preventing you from engaging in life the way you want to. I can help you put anxiety in the back seat so you can accomplish your goals and achieve the peace you deserve. I want to assure you...you are in the right place. You don't have to navigate this alone.

We all have the ability to access an innate sense of safety, resilience and direction. For those of us experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, or dealing with the remnants of traumatic experiences, it can be difficult to connect with these internal resources. I enjoy working with college students and adults wanting to re-connect with who they are and what’s important to them, especially in the midst of transition and emotional pain. I also enjoy working with veterans, and with people coping with religious trauma.
