The majority of my clients are children, adolescents, and young adults that are navigating school, friendships, family changes, identity development, and everything else that comes with growing up.
Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. Often they will struggle with anxiety, low mood, worry, social challenges, emotional regulation, and/or burnout. Student-athletes may be dealing with confidence, pressure, perfectionism, on top of trying to be a human being outside sports.

I work with couples experiencing conflict, communication struggles, trust issues, emotional disconnection, or those seeking premarital counseling. Many come to me when arguments feel stuck, distance has grown, or they are trying to heal after infidelity. Together, we explore the patterns that have led to hurt and disconnection and develop a clear plan for rebuilding safety and closeness. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples shift unhelpful dynamics, strengthen communication, and restore friendship, trust, and shared meaning so they can feel more hopeful and connected.
