My main focus is supporting those who have pornography/sexual additions. My goal is to work together on relapse prevention, identifying physical and emotional triggers, and implementing appropriate coping skills, while rebuilding areas of damage done by the negative behavior. I also support those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and various other identified issues.

Dianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in lifespan therapy from birth to death and any issue in between. Her compassionate and empathic approach creates a safe place that allows clients to develop their authentic self. She is passionate about helping children, adults, and families heal from past trauma related to their childhood and adult experiences and to find success in building healthy relationships. Working with a team of psychiatrists and other disciplines, she provides rounded and thorough support to each client who is in a time of difficulty.

Jay takes an active role in the treatment process, helping people to identify and choose from among available options. He emphasizes on improving coping, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Jay’s area of expertise primarily focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and psycho-educational therapy.

Kate Sheskey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2017. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kate takes a client-centered approach when working with individuals while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Terri Koschnick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Terri is a Christian counselor who integrates her training in Marriage and Family Therapy with her Christian faith. She provides individual adult, couples and family therapy. Her main areas of focus are treating trauma, anxiety and depression. She has extensive experience in successfully treating women who are, or who have been, in abusive or otherwise toxic relationships.

As a counselor, I aim to ensure my clients feel supported in their work towards their goals. We are all on our own path in this life and travel it in our own ways. I am here to provide support, while helping you not only address your issues, but enhance your sense of joy and fulfillment along the way. I mainly work with teens and adults experiencing life transitions. I help with managing stress, anxiety and depression, as well as building self-esteem and confidence. Kim has a master's degree in counseling and is a licensed substance abuse counselor and has been in practice since 1987. she believes her personal and professional experiences have helped her to be more understanding, more accepting and more honest with people who are seeking change or healing. She works with a variety of issues including addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and life stress. She works with adolescents and adults. In working with her, you can expect her to be an active listener, direct yet gentle, compassionate and encouraging.

I am a warm, compassionate and present Clinical psychotherapist with over 20+ years of experience working with adults and families in a variety of clinical and community settings I use a client centered approach to understanding the whole person, and I partner with my clients as they take an active role in their own healing and growth. My clients will engage in a nonjudgmental, collaborative and creative process to help them see their own strengths and to identify thought processes that are counterproductive to their wellbeing and relationships.
