Are you in need of guidance and support to process everyday stressors? Do you experience anxiety, chronic stress, negative self-talk, or difficulty with change? I’m a registered art therapist and international certified yoga instructor. Through engaging, experiential sessions, I help people work towards goals such as learning coping skills, improving self care, increasing self awareness, and improving performance at work or school. I have over ten years of experience, and work with adults of all ages, as well as youth age 10 and up. If you wish, we can incorporate yoga into your service plan, and you can also choose telehealth.
