I have 20 years of clinical experience. My specialties include anxiety, adjustment, stress management and relationships. Clients can learn a variety of coping and communication skills to reduce symptoms and improve relationships. My co-therapist is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named George. He is incredibly sweet and spends most of his time napping.
I provide both short-term solution-focused therapy and longer more in-depth therapy. We'll figure out together what best fits your needs. I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation prior to the first appointment to ensure that we are a good fit. If video sessions are a more convenient option for you, those are a possibility.
