Professional Services Group (PSG) provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy in Kenosha and Janesville for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues. We have therapists who work with clients as young as 4 years old, as well as adolescents, and adults. We are a trauma-informed practice that believes that it is our job to help clients reach their goals, on their terms.

New clients welcome! I have many options for appointment times. I have had the privilege to work with diverse populations and individuals from different cultures. It takes courage to reach out and seek therapy. I honor that courage by providing compassionate, nonjudgmental, empathic listening and support establishing a safe place for clients to be able to share freely.

I believe that it is important to tailor therapy to specific individuals, settings and presenting concerns. Therefore, I view my theoretical orientation as integrative with my foundation grounded on person-centered, feminism, and multiculturalism. I consider the therapeutic relationship to be the most important factor in the healing process.

It was Ralph Waldo Emerson who once said that, "What lies behind us and what lies before us matters little compared to what lies within us". For more than 30 years I have focused on helping children and adults, individually, in couples, in families and groups achieve strength, peace and confidence by improving conflict resolution, communication, stress and anxiety, anger management skills, child and adolescent behavioral problems, and parenting skills as well as improved functioning and decreased emotional distress related to depression, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress and bipolar disorders. Through a combination of interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and motivational approaches I have seen my clients make meaningful and lasting transformations in both emotional and behavioral dimensions. I provide evidence-based, focused, and time-limited treatment with documented results for mental health, behavioral health and substance use issues.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in the Mequon/Milwaukee area. I also have an active LCSW license in IL as well. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults struggling with anxiety symptoms, self-confidence, or relationship/peer concerns. I also work with adults of all ages who seek guidance with personal growth.
