Professional Services Group (PSG) provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy in Kenosha and Janesville for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues. We have therapists who work with clients as young as 4 years old, as well as adolescents, and adults. We are a trauma-informed practice that believes that it is our job to help clients reach their goals, on their terms.

I find that clients who benefit from my services are typically experiencing excessive stress or a personal crisis in their lives. They may struggle with feelings of anxiety, grief, guilt or depression on a periodic or chronic basis; they may face work problems or ongoing health problems that increase their psychological distress; they may also feel confused or disheartened by relationship problems with partners, family members or friends. I am able to assist these clients by helping them understand the underlying source of their problems and by developing realistic alternatives that can help resolve these issues.

I have a solid foundation on mental health and substance abuse counseling having worked with adolescents and adults for the past several years. I enjoy working with adolescents and college students and believe that being a student in today's world can be challenging with the pressures of academics, peers, and self-discovery. I also enjoy working with women to gain high self-confidence and self-esteem. It is very powerful for me to watch as others gain inner strength and power for themselves. My main focus is supporting those who have pornography/sexual additions. My goal is to work together on relapse prevention, identifying physical and emotional triggers, and implementing appropriate coping skills, while rebuilding areas of damage done by the negative behavior. Freedom from the struggle is important, but rebuilding yourself and your life is the goal. I also support those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and various other identified issues.

I have worked in outpatient settings, crisis services, prisons, teaching, and have a history of working with community support programs. I focus on providing excellent care and solution-focused goals to address patient’s needs.
