In life, we are constantly facing changes and transitions, and sometimes we need extra support or guidance to adjust. Anxiety, depression, grief, loss, illness, trauma (current or past, in one “big” event, or several “small” events throughout a lifetime) can make the stress of everyday life more difficult to manage on your own. Other times, we are simply feeling stuck, and want help figuring out the next step. You are likely very tired of feeling the way you do, and are thinking it's time to make a change. My purpose and desire is to help you so you can move forward with more skills to manage the difficulties that come your way.
