Adult individuals, male, female and non-binary who are seeking meaning in his, her, they or their life. An individual that is likely to feel that they have put themselves on a intended path and have kept to it but something doesn't feel right. This person is experiencing unexplained discontent, accentuated with expressions of anxiety and or depression that have prompted the decision to see a therapist. This person or people (in the case of couples) is/are seeking to understand the meaning of this internal expression in their life. I can also assist individuals seeking to integrate a plant medicine enhanced journey into daily life.
In both individual and couples work, I provide psychotherapy that is informed by more than 30 years of the study and practice of developmental human growth and development. These studies and practice are informed my immersion in vastly diverse cultures and psychosocial realities. I am experienced with blended developmental/attachment, psycho-neurology models
Based on clients experience and feedback, I tend to be a highly relational person and therapist. At this stage, there is little that can surprise me or that I cannot connect with. I tend to identify as a "blue collar therapist" and have also worked well with high functioning, highly educated and accomplished clients - felons, attorneys, bakers and doctors.
