At Wholehearted Counseling, we specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults and teens across Oregon. Our team works with survivors of trauma, folks who identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent, and anyone who's tired of being stuck in patterns of perfectionism, shame, or self-abandonment. Healing happens in relationship. We'd love to be part of yours.

We help people who are exhausted from carrying things alone; whether that's unprocessed trauma, relationship pain, or the quiet weight of never feeling like enough. Using personalized approaches, including IFS, EFT, trauma-focused CBT, and other evidence-based approaches, we work at your pace toward real, lasting change.
