My work is direct and structured. I don't just hold space; I help you understand what's happening, why it keeps happening, and how to change it.
I work from a trauma-informed foundation using CBT, ACT, and Gottman Method approaches — and I've learned that lasting change comes to those who decide to show up for themselves. Sessions are collaborative but not passive. My goal is to work myself out of a job: to build your capacity so thoroughly that you no longer need me.
