Our practice is currently accepting new clients (wholementality.com). We specialize in supporting children, adolescents & adults with trauma histories, chronic illness, PTSD, relationship stressors, abuse, boundaries & other issues. My goal is to support people in reaching the healthy therapeutic & life goals they identify for themselves, in order to lead a more whole, fulfilling life. Our practice serves children 4+, teens, adults, couples, families, and relationships!
Treating trauma, depression, and anxiety are my specialties. I am an EMDR-IA Certified EMDR therapist which is my primary modality. I also utilized DBT, & Pain Reprocessing Therapy to support clients working to repair past traumas and/or unhelpful patterns of thinking and communication, in an effort to live more fully. I also offer weekend EMDR Intensives.
Our practice is accepting clients wholementality.com , but Erica currently has a waitlist for all outpatient therapy appointments. I work with adolescents - adults of various cultures and backgrounds. (LCSWA Supervision requests - also full at this time.)

This is an in-person, affirming, and inclusive expressive arts group for adults ages 21-40 who are living with chronic illness. Facilitated by 2 spoonies - Erica K. Smith, LCSW & Trinity Perini, LCSWA - who both have their own chronic illness lived experiences. This process group will utilize expressive art and group discussion over the course of 6 group sessions to explore their chronic illness experiences using various art mediums.
