I’m a perinatal therapist committed to helping parents and couples regain their sense of self and joy in parenting. My work focuses on building parent confidence, targeting negative thoughts around parenting, and expanding communication skills to increase support. I believe in using a strengths-based approach to help client’s amplify their inner strengths and feel like their best self. I am accepting new clients Fall 2024.

I work with families across the perinatal period, from conception through early parenthood. Using a relational and strengths-based approach, I support clients in tending to their resilience, skills, and healing around issues that are important to them and their families. I specialize in working with NICU families and am a former NICU social worker.
