If you’re struggling to cope in pregnancy or postpartum, I can help you navigate these challenges and help you work towards healing and resiliency. I’m a perinatal therapist committed to helping parents and couples regain their sense of self and joy in parenting. My work focuses on building parent confidence, targeting negative thoughts around parenting, and expanding communication skills to increase support. I believe in using a strengths-based approach to help client’s amplify their inner strengths and feel like their best self. I currently have a waitlist and am accepting new clients in October 2025.

I work with families across the perinatal period, from conception through early parenthood. Using a relational and strengths-based approach, I support clients in tending to their resilience, skills, and healing around issues that are important to them and their families. I specialize in working with NICU families and am a former NICU social worker.
