In session, I like to use a variety of modalities because everyone processes life differently. One of my favorite modalities I am trained in is Brainspotting. It is a neuroscience based and can have some incredible benefits. Overall, my goal is to help you find wholeness and to help you feel reconnected with who you are meant to be.
