If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in cycles of self-doubt, you’re not alone. Many people I work with appear to be doing “okay” on the outside, but internally feel exhausted from overthinking, anxiety, panic, or a quiet heaviness that’s hard to name. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have all the answers or hold everything together. I work with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, and low self-esteem, especially those navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or pressure to meet expectations—often their own.
As a Christian therapist, I am open to integrating faith into therapy in a way that feels respectful and aligned with your values. For clients who desire it, this may include incorporating spiritual beliefs, prayer, or scripture as part of the therapeutic process. For others, therapy can remain clinically focused while still honoring your worldview.
My approach is collaborative and integrative. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I take a whole-person perspective—looking not only at thoughts and emotions, but also stress, nervous system regulation, sleep, and lifestyle factors that can impact mental health. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
