A new baby brings on so many emotions. The most expected emotion is joy, however, many mothers experience the opposite of joy. Are you uncertain, overwhelmed, fearful, nervous, angry, sad, or even in disbelief that you are a new mother? If so, you are not alone. Join other mothers in this 5-session workshop to discuss how life has changed after baby and learn ways to make this adjustment smoother.
