As a Perinatal Mental Health provider, I'm specially trained to counsel women with mental health challenges, such as Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Post-traumatic Stress, Grief and Loss in the perinatal period. My hope is for you to feel seen, validated, and supported throughout the unique hurdles you face as a caregiver and mother.
