Oh hey, I’m Whitney! “I need help” is one of the most powerful phrases a person can say. It’s vulnerable, it’s humble, and it’s packed with potential. My role as a therapist is to meet you at the place where you ask for help and compassionately and skillfully walk alongside you toward hope. Together, we will explore your internal and external resources (which often get buried under the weight of problems); your resilience; and your opportunities to grow and change. Therapy is a place to have honest conversations, gain insight, get to know yourself, and explore what is meaningful.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aspire to be a relational resource who meets you where you are to help navigate the pathway to you or your relationships’ preferred future. I practice strengths-based, skills-based, and solution-oriented approaches and draw from the biopsychosocial-spiritual model of health.

My background involves working with clients in individual, group, and family settings. I've worked with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relational strain. I love working with and getting to know people.
