My practice is currently full. I am not able to accept any new clients at this time. Have you noticed depression or anxiety creeping in? Is the drive for perfection taking over and stealing the joy out of life? Are there signs of loneliness, moodiness, or worry? Young adulthood is a time of change and growth, often resulting in difficulty. Talking things through with a professional can help. Through acceptance and change, things can improve. You aren't alone in this; together we can explore how the past impacts the present and how to plan for the future.

You can expect our sessions to focus on your needs and your treatment to be focus on the goals we come up with together. My approach is rooted in non-judgmental curiosity, empathy and compassion. You can expect to learn coping skills, self-awareness and how to manage emotions.

To accommodate busy families and hectic schedules, I offer afternoon and evening appointments as well as Telehealth. Telehealth occurs through encrypted/HIPAA compliant video conferencing. Telehealth may be a covered benefit, check with your insurance to be certain.
