As a therapist over the past 6 years, I have learned that connection, safety, and trust are the most important ingredients that can determine positive outcomes for trauma treatment. I have experience with neurodivergent individuals with a wide array of trauma wounds. These wounds create a powerful story about why these distressing events happened to us. When these wounds are left unattended, or avoided, over time, we may develop very complex chapters of this story. This can make it very hard to separate who we really are from the distorted perception trauma creates. These events can cause us to disconnect and lose ourselves.
The pain from these wounds can show up in our lives in many different ways such as self-sabotage, inability to trust yourself or others, difficulty making decisions, and fear of vulnerability and connection with others. I am here to work with you to address your trauma, heal your wounds, and find the peace you never knew was possible.
I will sit beside you, with personal experience and knowledge, that the journey to finding your soul can feel a lot like you're losing your mind. Let me help you reconnect your mind, body, spirit, and soul to heal your nervous system, step into and find your authentic self, learn how to speak your truth, and develop self-love; flaws, and all.

My specialty area includes individuals who are neurodiverse millennials with C-PTSD however, all nervous systems are welcome. The space that I offer to my clients is safe, absent of gasps and winces when you tell your story, and full of love and compassion. I will listen, hold space for you, and also challenge you to sit in the suck. There are no emotions that are too much or too big.

There are 3 phases that you can expect in trauma treatment. This can look like learning mindfulness techniques to create awareness of trauma responses unique to you and work on processing memories and rewiring beliefs. After we make meaning of the pain, we move toward the development of healthy connections with others. Clients are welcome at any stage of this journey.
