One of the most important reasons I became a counselor is because I believe we all need someone to walk alongside us in the process of healing and restoration. I am passionate about helping people grow and reach the healthiest version of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. I focus on adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational/marital issues, and codependency issues. I specialize with partners who have experienced betrayal trauma and/or infidelity.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist. I specialize in working with betrayed partners who have experienced discovering their partner's sex/porn addiction or infidelity. I also work couples experiencing problematic sexual behaviors, sex/porn addiction, and intimacy disorders. I offer EMDR intensives to clients
I have a Bachelors Degree is Family and Child Studies from Louisiana Tech University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been trained in Betrayal Trauma Recovery, Sex Addiction Recovery, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
