As an anxiety, trauma focused, and narcissistic/personality disorder related trauma counselor, I believe in the power of each person yes to overcome barriers that prevent their life pathway from taking a positive direction. Therapy helps learn limits of one's personal control, and increase personal self-awareness, enabling people to heal from past traumas, forgive themselves, and work towards a positive future. In addition, obtained Clinical Certified Trauma (level II) and Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Certification.

This group is primarily for professional women who have been dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, isolation, loneliness and depression.
