Healing is never a “one size fits all” process. When it comes to recovery, every journey has its own ups and downs, twists and turns, hills and valleys. Know that you don’t have to go that journey alone. At Climbing Out Solutions, you will find a genuine walking partner on the road to healing. I am passionate about accompanying individuals and families on their path to recovery. I bring to my practice a combination of lived experience, in-depth academic study, and relevant career work, which leads me to engage with clients from a place of compassion, focus, advocacy.
My wholehearted belief is that every adversity is made to sharpen us, refine us, and propel us forward in our purpose. I am experienced in using a diverse range of modalities and systems to support both men and women through the recovery journey, as well as working with children to promote healthy family cohesion.
I will work to ensure that we create a plan to address the barriers to recovery you may be facing and connect you with necessary community resources.
