As a Certified Eating Disorder- Consultant with training in EMDR, I have 15+ years of experience helping my clients heal their relationships with themselves, others, their bodies, and food. I believe that full recovery and healing are totally possible.
My specialities include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, body image, relationship issues, infidelity, chronic pain, neurodivergence, women's issues, leadership, personal growth, and the enneagram. Through this work I have gained immense compassion and love for the human experience.
I am also a wife. Mother of 4 wonderfully energetic children. Enneagram 1. And lover of plants, nutella, thrift stores, & collecting books. My favorite part of being a therapist is helping clients to see that they are powerful beings capable of love, belonging, and connection.
