I am so glad you have decided to take some time to care for yourself. Are you struggling to feel good in your body? Do you feel out of control around food? Are you feeling anxious, depressed, and unmotivated? Have you experienced difficult situations in life, whether that be in relationships or as the result of trauma, that you can’t seem to “get over”? If you have answered “yes” to one or all of the above questions, I can help. As a Certified Eating Disorder- Consultant with training in EMDR, I have 15+ years of experience helping my clients heal their relationships with themselves, others, their bodies, and food.
My specialities include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, body image, relationship issues, infidelity, chronic pain, neurodivergence, women's issues, leadership, personal growth, and the enneagram. Through this work I have gained immense compassion and love for the human experience.
I am also a wife. Mother of 4 wonderfully energetic children. Enneagram 1. And lover of plants, nutella, thrift stores, & collecting books. My favorite part of being a therapist is helping clients to see that they are powerful beings capable of love, belonging, and connection.
