I have been trained and engaged in consultation for DBT, RO-DBT, CBT, and CPT (brief, trauma treatment). I have also been been trained in and am passionate about the use of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Perinatal Mood Disorders.
I enjoy working with all genders and backgrounds and work to create a non-judgmental space for my clients to open up about topics they may not yet feel ready to discuss in other areas of their life. I feel privileged and grateful to be entrusted with the care of the clients I serve and don't take that trust for granted.
