I strive to help individuals visualize and create a life that brings them fulfillment and joy. As a Mental Health Therapist, my goal is to support you in your journey by offering you a space to talk through worries or behaviors that are impeding your ability to live the life you wish to live. I am a Somatic, CBT based clinician who believes in developing a unique treatment plan to work through the goals you set. I have worked with individuals on the spectrum to develop social-emotional skills along with clients looking to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, social- anxiety, self-esteem building, and LGBTQIA concerns.
