I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with symptoms resulting from any type of overwhelming experience or trauma, especially early life trauma and neglect. Through my years of practice, I have seen that it's often true that, while people can experience great healing with talk therapy alone, it doesn't always feel like enough. Over the last 12 years, this has led me to pursue more specialized training in trauma-centered interventions, including Somatic Experiencing and clinical neurofeedback.
My training and continued mentorship in neurofeedback centers around the use of neurofeedback as an adjunct to trauma therapy. This additional expertise has proven useful in working with people who have a lot of experience in therapy but haven't experienced the healing they have hoped for.
