I have had several levels of training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, with more extensive training in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy. Helping families connect and become healthier for the long term is a specific passion of mine. I would love to help you and your child find a safe attachment and lasting bond with one another!
I also offer individual sessions for those struggling to identify emotions, patterns of behavior within self and relationships, and safe connection with important others in their life.
