I help children, teens, and young adults navigate a variety of stressors, including mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal challenges, behavioral challenges, acute and chronic medical conditions, trauma, as well as the process of transitioning from adolescence to early adulthood. I approach therapy as a component of health care, of which we are all deserving.

All patients are welcome in my office. Children, adolescents, and young adults of all races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, sexes, sexual orientations, and gender identities will be treated with attention, care, and respect.
If you are considering counseling for yourself or your family member but are unsure, I invite you to approach therapy like an experiment. Attend a few sessions, gather necessary data, and decide from there whether you believe therapy may be beneficial. Oftentimes it is fear of the unknown or social stigma that holds us back from trying something new!
