So many of us live each day with a lack of contentment, a nagging sense of anxiety and disconnection from ourselves and others, but this does not have to become the norm for you. While I enjoy working with a variety of individuals, I specialize in helping adults suffering from anxiety and relational dissatisfaction to find peace. Above all I provide an environment where you will feel safe and seen, so you can process your own unique pain and ultimately find healing.
It can be so frustrating to feel like you are doing all the "right things" (positive thinking, reading self-help books, etc.) but not feeling any relief. Often our suffering is rooted in trauma and unhealthy beliefs which are beyond our conscious awareness. At times, we all need a guide on our journey to help us uncover what is holding us back.
While there is no exact formula for this process, I'm trained in a variety of modalities to heal your deeper wounds, leading to lasting transformation, not quick fixes.
