As one of four Certified Synergetic Play Therapists in the state of Alabama and an infant and early childhood mental health professional, my focus is helping caregivers and families. When parents and caregivers know how to regulate and cope with their emotions, they are better equipped to support the children around them as they face various challenges.

I have spent most of my career helping families: as a volunteer, a childcare worker, a teacher, and for the last twelve years as a counselor. And, most importantly to me, as a mom. I work with children ages 0-5 and their parents/caregivers who are facing challenges as a result of mental illness/disorder, domestic violence, trauma, developmental delays/disorders, or systemic issues.
