Hi! I have been a licensed therapist since 1998 and am licensed in 5 states. I enjoy working with adults and have experience in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, grief and life/career change issues. I am unique in being very approachable, easy to engage with, honest and caring, thinking outside of the box, but am also straightforward. I have been described as the best blend of being able to listen when needed, and push when needed. I see success as clients feeling empowered to make decisions they feel good about, that enrich their lives, and provide some movement forward. I am excited to work with you!

I approach each client as their own person, addressing their problems, in a supportive and encouraging way. I focus on real time issues, helping clients tackle what is bothering them right now. I have a casual approach that most clients report as feeling caring and comfortable, allowing them to settle in faster talking more openly about difficult issues.
