I can help....I am trained in Somatic Therapy, a body-based approach that helps individuals understand and heal the ways stress, trauma, and emotions are stored in the nervous system. By increasing awareness of the mind-body connection, Somatic Therapy can support deeper healing, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
Somatic therapy helps us understand how experiences, emotions, and trauma can become stored in the nervous system and impact our daily lives. Together, we will gently explore the connection between your mind and body, helping you build awareness, regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with a sense of safety, balance, and confidence.
