Some of my areas of focus are: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, attachment, relationship issues, behavioral management, life transitions, and challenges related to coparenting/divorce. I utilize evidence-based treatments to address trauma symptoms, problem behaviors, and other mental health concerns.
