I have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, life changes and personality disorders, such as borderline personality disorder. I strive to help my clients overcome areas of difficulty by working together as a team in the comfort of a private practice setting utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions as well as holistic styles of treatment for individuals, couples and families. I am dedicated to bringing health and healing to each of my clients.
My office is centrally located, easily accessible from surrounding areas of Charleston, offering a private waiting area. At this time cash and most major credit cards accepted for payment as well as sliding scale

Groups
Charleston DBT Associates https://www.cdbta.com/

DBT has four primary modes of treatment delivery. At Charleston DBT associates we strive to offer treatment adherent to the model developed by Marsha Linehan, PhD at the University of Washington. This includes weekly individual therapy sessions, weekly skills group, weekly consultation team and between session phone coaching. DBT has been extensively researched and is recognized as the most effective treatment for people with BPD, as well as those with self-injury or suicidal behaviors. In addition, research has shown that DBT is effective for a wide range of other disorders associated with difficulties in emotion regulation, including substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder.
