I am a neuropsychologist offering psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation therapy to adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety or mood disorders, ADHD, disorganization, procrastination, and challenges in their work or academic environments. My goal is to build a warm and affirming environment in which everyone feels welcome and valued. I believe strongly in the importance of identifying your strengths, cultivating hope, and adopting a solution-oriented mindset. My clients appreciate my authenticity, collaborative style, and ability to communicate clearly.
I emphasize evidence-based treatments, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapies to help clients identify their core values and understand how their thinking influences their mood and behavior.
Through our work, you can expect to develop insight and intention, recognize and regulate emotions, and learn to problem-solve and structure your life in a way that reduces stress. I welcome the opportunity to empower you to quiet your inner critic and build a more fulfilling life.
