Sometimes life feels like you’re running in place. Facing the same struggles, the same doubts, and the same exhausting patterns that keep showing up no matter what you try. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, healing from past relationships, managing mental chaos, questioning your direction, or just trying to stay afloat in a world that constantly tells you who you should be, it can feel overwhelming and draining. I’m here to help you cut through all the noise and conditioning, reconnect with what’s real inside you, and start building a life that truly feels like yours.
Therapy helps you learn to accept and get comfortable with change, even when it feels messy. Change shakes up old patterns and brings what’s holding you back into view. But with the right support, what feels like a setback can actually become the starting point for deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a life that truly fits who you are.
I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach rooted in your unique strengths and experiences. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies tailored to your goals and needs. Healing and change take courage, but by facing the discomfort, you’ll unlock the growth and freedom needed to build the life you want.
