Calling all the kids who feel... misunderstood, left out, frustrated, or alone... Whether it’s at school, at home, or with friends, I help children, adolescents and young adults through challenging times in all areas of their lives. I can work with you and your family on improving relationships, parenting skills, or advocating for your child or yourself in academic or social services settings. My clients see me to help increase self awareness and confidence, to understand their thoughts and emotions, to improve relationships with others, and to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD.
My approach is focused on you. I would describe myself as creative and playful! I specialize in music, talk, play and animal assisted therapy with clients with developmental disabilities and complex medical diagnoses, and behavioral concerns.
