About
Feeling lonely, depressed, anxious, or stuck? We all go through difficult seasons in our mental health, but we don’t have to struggle alone. I use a compassionate approach with evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and PTSD to decrease distressing symptoms, improve emotion regulation, and bring health and vitality to relationships.
This isn’t simply symptom management. Together we will work toward healing trauma, gaining insight into our conflicting inner world, and building secure relationships with both the Self and others. I also have training and experience in integrating faith into therapy if the client requests.
With an office conveniently located near Notre Dame and St. Mary’s College, I work with college students, adults, and teenagers who want to experience change and growth in their lives. I also offer teletherapy across the state of Indiana.
