Hi there! Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I help marginalized populations heal from anxiety, trauma, and relational conflict through a holistic approach to mental wellness. Do you deal with chronic anxiety, childhood trauma, or difficulty within relationships? I specialize in utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients reprocess how their brain responds to past negative events that cause anxiety and stress.
