I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I specialize in utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients reprocess how their brain responds to past negative events that cause anxiety and stress. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey!

In my experience of working with clients, I help clients connect the dots between their childhood experiences, explore barriers that are disconnecting them from being their best self, and make small changes that improve their overall wellness.

In our first session, you can expect me to ask questions regarding main stressors, current symptoms, some childhood background, and what your goals are for the time we spend together. Various appointment availability upon request!
