Children are my passion & my top priority is to advocate for them to ensure their voice gets heard. My goal is to be a reliable source of comfort, trust, empathy, & support to help encourage my clients & help them grow as I walk with them through their healing journey. I want to provide the tools & teach the skills that they need to promote change. I ensure to create a safe, inclusive space where healing & growth can occur. Using an Adlerian approach, I work in collaboration with caregivers to honor each child's unique story & strengths. I help my clients explore their emotions, build confidence, and navigate life's many challenges.

I am trained in play therapy and sand tray therapy. I have experience working with children as young as age 3, up to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, self-esteem, and relationships. My biracial background allows me to bring a culturally informed, compassionate perspective to my work with our diverse community.

Managing My Big Feelings Workshop

Our "Managing My Big Feelings" Counseling Workshop provides a supportive environment where children can learn essential emotional regulation and anger management skills through play-based activities. Group members will learn and practice healthy coping skills. This group is for children between the ages of 6-11 years old. $150 for one 3 hour session on Saturday March 7th. Snacks provided!
