Hello everyone! My name is Whitney Garr, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! After 15+ years of experience treating individuals in the mental health and coaching field, and many years of life experience (yes I'm a bit on the mature side LOL), I would like to share these skills with you! I am passionate about living a healthy, high quality life in mind, body and soul! I believe you can achieve this! I have been told I have a calming effect on my clients. I strive to provide a safe, warm and comfortable energy so my clients feel at ease and can open up and share their innermost thoughts and feelings.
Over the many years of my career I have treated all ages and populations of clients. However, now I focus on all genders ages 15+ in individual therapy. My specialties are treating depression, anxiety and life crises and life changes.
