Sometimes we need a gentle ear, and other times we need a firm sounding board. As your therapist, I work hard to meet you where you are currently at in your journey and build a space where you can feel safe to be exactly who you are and know that I will be there every step of the way to help guide you to where you want to go. My expertise covers critical areas such as: suicidal ideations, self-harm, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and trauma-related experiences. I am committed to collaborating with you to identify the most effective form of treatment tailored to meet your unique needs!
I always put the person first, but I specialize in various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Therapy and EMDR. For clients 12 and younger, I incorporate play to help build resiliency and critical problem solving skills.
I believe in self-discovery and healing and can’t wait to support you on this journey! I offer services both in person and telehealth. I welcome a free initial conversation to ensure that I am the best fit to meet your or your children's needs!
