I’m drawn to working with people who feel caught between who they are and how they’ve learned to survive—navigating anxiety, shame, or self-criticism rooted in earlier experiences. I also work with couples and families who find themselves stuck in patterns that create tension and frustration. My goal is to help clients see themselves and each other more clearly, bring greater honesty and congruence into their communication, and cultivate safe, meaningful relationships. New experiences in the therapy room can interrupt these patterns and invite fresh possibilities for connection, healing, and growth.
I work collaboratively, drawing on narrative and relational therapies to help you explore your story and build ways of being that feel authentic and connected. I also use experiential approaches like IFS to help you connect with different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, moving beyond insight or advice to embodied, integrated change.
