I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with children and adolescents. I am also trained as a school psychologist, which gives me a unique insight into one of the primary environments in which your child functions, as well as the evaluation process for special education. I conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine children's unique learning and/or social emotional strengths and needs and develop recommendations to support them. I also provide individual and small group therapy and work collaboratively with parents to address parenting or behavioral concerns and support children's growth.
I specialize in treating children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and selective mutism. I also specialize in working with children with autism or with other developmental delays or social communication challenges.
I use cognitive behavioral (CBT), ACT, & play and behavioral approaches depending on the modality that best suits and supports your child's needs. Our work can develop social skills, perspective-taking, cognitive flexibility, and coping skills necessary to meet life's daily challenges and foster positive peer relationships.
