I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and supervisor with a degree in art therapy and training in evidence-based interventions such as play therapy and equine-assisted therapies. I have facilitated therapies with all ages and have passion for working with those who have experienced trauma.
My goal is to provide a safe space for healing and client-centered care. Each child, adolescent and adult has their own unique ability to survive and thrive. We can promote lasting change and healing by partnering together to find the coping skills, acceptance and exploration of needs through through strengths-based work and expressive therapies.
