I have a passion for advocating for women as they overcome trauma, societal pressures, distress in maternal mental health, and superwoman syndrome, anxiety, and depression fostering healthy coping skills. Meeting people where they are, I strive to partner together to identify the root causes of symptoms to create a treatment plan tailored to the unique needs of each person. Through techniques such as self-discovery, reframing negative thoughts, building on strengths, and goal setting I aim to equip individuals with tools to restore their quality of life.

I enjoy holding space for people to feel seen and heard as they journey through challenging seasons toward their therapeutic goals. By taking a holistic approach to counseling we can integrate a variety of treatment modalities to support your therapeutic goals. I specialize in trauma therapy supporting clients as they find balance and redefine their stories.

Experiences play a part in who you are today but they do not have to define your future. My goal is to understand you as a whole person so I can help you help yourself. I hope to create a warm, safe space where you can lay down the weight of the world and just be the real you.
